1. What is your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
Answer: Minimum order quantities are different among different models. MOQ is also different for our stock goods and making your own logo.
2.How about the Lead time?
Answer: For OEM orders, three factors affect the lead time: 1. the model numbers 2. your order quantities 2. the season (busy or not) when you place the order.
Usually 40 to 60 days for accessories and ukuleles, 60 to 90 days for guitars. For stock goods, it could be ready to be shipped within one week.
3. What are the shipping methods?
Answer: There are usually two modes of transportation: 1. By sea 2. By plane. Some countries can also be transported by truck and train. We will provide the most suitable logistics solutions accordingly.
4. What is the shipping cost?
The freight depends on the method of transportation, the weight and volume of the goods, and your address. Therefore, we will quote the shipping cost for you based on the model, your expected order quantity and your address.
5. What is the paying methods?
For small orders less than USD500, we accept paypal.
For orders from USD500 to USD3000, we usually accept full TT by bank before production.
For orders from USD3000 to USD15000, we usually accept half TT by bank befor production and half TT by bank before shipment.
For bigger orders more than USD15000, we accept half TT before production, half TT or half LC before shipment.
6. How to make orders?
（1）Let us know the model numbers and your expected order quantities.
(2) Let us know the address you want us to deliver to. Your agent's warehouse in China, the port in China, the port in your country, your own warehouse in your country.
(3) We will quote the shipping cost according to your order quantities and address.
