Three important points needs to be done during the process of packing:
(1)Clean the guitar and loosen the strings.
(2)Finally check the appearance to make sure that there is no any damage, no crack, the painting is all good.
(3)Then pack into the inner box with EPE or plastic bag and then outer export carton.
Standard packing is 6pcs/carton for guitar and 10pcs for ukulele. For 38 inch guitar , sometimes can be packed 10pcs.
For 21 inch ukuleles, sometimes can be packed 20pcs.
This is packing method for sea shipment. For air shipment, more things needs to be done because air shipment seems causing damage more easily.
