It needs to be sure that no frets buzzing, Reasonable distance between the string and fret.
Our quality workers check every fret carefully. If found it fret buzzing, it will return to the production line to be fixed at once.
The strings distance is also checked intensively.
For cheap acoustic models, we control the distance within 3mm(The 12th fret).
For high level acoustic models, we control the distance within 2.5mm(The 12th fret).
For classical guitar and ukuleles, we control the distance within 3mm(The 12th fret).
